Fee and commercial agreement
Only pay when your project moves forward. scopora earns a one-off success fee of 15% of the agreed initial development value, excluding GST, subject to the commercial agreement. There is no upfront discovery charge and no monthly fee, and you are not obliged to accept any proposal.

The developer's price and scopora's fee are separate. The fee is paid by you, in addition to the developer's price, and is never added to their quote.

How the fee works
It relates to the agreed initial development value, subject to the applicable commercial agreement. It is triggered only when you accept a proposal and proceed with the selected developer. There is no commission on future maintenance, hosting, support or unrelated work. Developers charge for their own work under a separate agreement directly with you.
Status: the Fee and Commercial Agreement is awaiting legal review. The terms on cancellation, material changes and projects that never begin will be set out in it and disclosed before you commit.
